• Utilize both digital and traditional strategies to generate candidate leads. • Identify and leverage the most effective digital channels, optimize the career site. • Attract and engage mid-career professionals with specialized skills through targeted events in collaboration with industry associations and communities. • Coordinate and review content for digital and print materials, including social media, website, and POSM. • Collaborate with the Communications team to manage media engagement (Fan page, …). • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to ensure operational excellence. • Ensure the effective use and adoption of recruitment marketing technology and project management tools, such as HRM systems, job sites, and recruitment websites. • Oversee management of the VFBS recruitment website. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail, FMCG, or F&B industry, with a strong preference for candidates with substantial experience in Mass Recruitment. • Solid computer skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and accurately. • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times. • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation, while still being fully supported. • A collaborative team player, able to work well within a team environment.
