HR Talent Acquisition Employee Relations Strategic Planning
1. Talent Acquisition • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for Senior, Leadership, and Key positions across strategic departments (Marketing, Customer Support & Order Fulfillment, People & Operation, Affiliate & Community). • Partner with hiring managers end-to-end: from hiring needs analysis, JD creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding. • Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and channels, including LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and niche professional communities. • Launch creative hiring campaigns such as Talent Mapping, Employer Branding initiatives, and Talent Pool development. 2. Organizational Culture Development • Support the creation and promotion of PATI’s unique culture by organizing team bonding activities, internal events, and culture-driven initiatives. • Propose and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement. • Contribute to talent development programs such as the “Thủ Khoa” recruitment campaign, mentorship programs, and internal training initiatives.

Your Credentials: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, Service industries, or fast-growing environments. • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or the dietary supplement industry is a plus.
