Job Overview And Responsibility

In charge of the company’s overall recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting top talent and developing employer branding to position the company as the first choice for candidates. Key responsibilities: • Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3–5 years). • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals. • Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process. • Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/CEO. • Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels. • Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.

Required Skills and Experience

Must to Have Attitude • Highly motivated to learn and grow • Open-minded and willing to explore new approaches • Strong improvement mindset, with a continuous focus on process and performance enhancement • Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Skills • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) • Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies • Proficient in working with data and conducting data analysis to support decision-making • Strong negotiation skills and high interpersonal sensitivity Knowledge • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies • Familiar with digital branding concepts, including blog writing and branding design Experience • Female, Age ≤ 28 years old • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment • Prior experience in an FDI company, with a demonstrated track record of contributing to company growth
