In charge of the company’s overall recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting top talent and developing employer branding to position the company as the first choice for candidates. Key responsibilities: • Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3–5 years). • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals. • Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process. • Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/CEO. • Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels. • Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.
