1. Project Management: • Strong project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of media campaigns. 2. Optimization & Analysis: • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights. • Expertise in operating digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and tracking platforms (GA4, etc.) 3. Creativity & Adaptability: • Ability to quickly adapt to new trends in media and offer creative and effective media solutions. 4. Collaboration Skills: • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external media partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in media planning or advertising, preferably in media or marketing project management. • Experience with digital transformation projects and multi-platform campaigns is a plus
