Communications
- Plan and execute full-funnel communication campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.). - Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time based on KPIs to ensure maximum performance and ROI. - Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations for budget allocation and strategy adjustment. - Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across channels, including SEM, paid social, display, video, and affiliate. - Set and manage KPIs aligned with client business objectives. - Continuously analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. - Execute, optimize, manage and monitor campaign performance and profit. - Conduct market research and identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with planning teams to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign roadmaps based on product and business goals. - Drive ongoing A/B testing and experimentations to optimize creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or media preferred) - At least 2-4 years of working experience in digital media positions, and 1 year in the same position. - Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn for clients and perform complicated campaign analysis - Ability to prioritize and organize workload - Good business sense and the ability to manage budget - Strong understanding of all media types, with a strong focus on digital - Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers. - Researching, critical & logical thinking, teamwork - Good at verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Good command in English - Open mind-set to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations
