- Use the consumer understanding, the competitive dynamics and boundaries of the market to lead the brand AOP, translate into brand ideas and convert into relevant innovations to grow the brand - Oversight the implementation of AOP, from the strategic discussion to development and all way communication to sales force (such as: thematic campaign, grassroots, promotions, …) - Recommend and support the adaptation of marketing best practices from PI global or regional; or develop local platform relevance - Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal) - Work with Sales to co-develop trade & channel programs, POS support related to brands - Accountable for team capability through coaching, mentoring and training
Education: University Graduate relevant Marketing is referred. Functional expertise: - Strong leadership & interpersonal skill - Brand management experience - Consumer orientation, brand operating experience - At least 5 years experiences in marketing management, preferably in FMCG, beverage industry understanding - Have good understanding and experiences in consumer orientation - Fluent in English
