HR Learning & Development English Interpersonal Skills Training
• Assess training needs through collaboration with managers and analysis of performance data. • Design and deliver learning programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical, and leadership training. • Coordinate and manage both in-person and online learning sessions, including vendor/trainer management. • Manage learning platforms (LMS), ensuring content is updated, accessible, and engaging. • Track participation, measure training effectiveness, and gather feedback to improve future sessions. • Support the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents and successors. • Document training processes, content outlines, and learning paths clearly and consistently. • Promote a learning culture through communication campaigns and internal knowledge-sharing activities. • Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and employee development needs. • Follow L&D methodologies, best practices, and ensure quality across all learning initiatives.
Education • Graduated in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience & Skills Essential: • Over 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR function. • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with a relevant English certification (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC) required. • Proven experience in organizing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs. • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. • Ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities. • Proficiency in using digital learning tools or LMS platforms. • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative. Desirable: • Experience with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy). • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, or internal LMS platforms. • Experience facilitating virtual training sessions. • Understanding of competency frameworks and talent development planning. • Ability to create simple training materials or e-learning content.
