Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 members, ensuring the quality and success of all team projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Creative, and Creator Growth to develop compelling campaign proposals. - Develop and present strategic influencer proposals, including influencer lists, budget quotations, and KPI optimization. - Negotiate and secure partnerships with influencers to successfully close campaign deals. - Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, actively monitoring performance and providing comprehensive post-campaign reports. - Partner with Finance and Legal teams to manage all necessary paperwork and agreements. - Cultivate and expand a network of key influencers, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. - Effectively manage multiple concurrent campaigns (5-8 at a time) while ensuring high performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's Degree is required - Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role. - Proven leadership skills. - Good command of English - Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market - Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit - Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly address issues - A collaborative team player who supports the growth of others. - Deep understanding of social media trends and platforms, with excellent research skills to identify new talent.
