Job Overview And Responsibility
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various campaigns and oversee them to completion - Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Strategic Planning, Influencer marketing) to write and design unique and well-crafted proposals that meet clients’ expectations and our own. - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas for social, digital, and influencer campaigns - Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team - Monitor results of team efforts, carry out significant modifications, and propose actions for the future - Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape - Oversee client pitches, proposals, award submissions, and new initiatives - Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets - Leading a team of 15+ members, train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields. - At least 7 years of working in creative direction in an advertising agency - At least 2 years of working in the same position - Years of experience creating social/digital/influencer campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing deployment/production on time and budget - Proven experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in winning concept development and deployment - Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent - Strong team management experience - Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives - Good command over English - Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
