Job Overview And Responsibility
We’re an early-stage startup, and we’re looking to finish building out our core team. Our team comprises experts in trading, product development, and engineering with decades of experience at leading companies in Silicon Valley (Google, Coinbase, …). We’re building the most secure and trusted digital asset exchange for institutions and professional traders. As a QA Automation - Manual Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our platform by building robust testing frameworks and validating product quality end-to-end. If you enjoy breaking things to make them stronger, designing scalable test systems, and working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver flawless user experiences in a fast-paced startup environment in crypto, we’d love to hear from you. Role Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend and frontend systems. Execute manual test cases to validate new features and identify defects early in the development cycle. Write and maintain clear test documentation (test cases, test plans, bug reports). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure features meet quality standards. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across the platform. Identify, analyze, and report bugs with clarity and accuracy. Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills and Experience
3–5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation). Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JUnit, Pytest). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management. Proficiency in writing SQL queries and testing APIs. Solid knowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and rapid changes. Reading and working proficiency in English (fluent speaking not required).

Preferred skills and experiences
Experience in crypto, trading, or fintech platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI). Experience with security and performance testing. Prior experience working with distributed systems or real-time trading applications.
