As an Assembly Engineer you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process: - Coordinate and manage the assembly process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and quality assurance, to ensure smooth assembly operations. - Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and production delays. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Maintain accurate documentation of assembly procedures, work instructions, and quality control records. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in assembly techniques and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in assembly engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of assembly processes, techniques, and equipment. - Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve assembly-related issues. - Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high quality and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
