1. Job Purpose • As the Product Owner, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and development of high-rise residential products, ensuring they are aligned with customer expectations, market demand, and business strategy. • You will act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle and work cross-functionally to bring innovative, differentiated products to market. 2. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-rise residential offerings. • Lead the end-to-end product development cycle, from ideation to go-to-market launch. • Translate customer needs and insights into product features and solutions that align with the brand’s positioning and commercial objectives. • Collaborate with Research, Design, Sales, Finance, and Project Development teams to co-create compelling, data-informed product concepts. Customer-Centric Design • Apply customer journey mapping and behavioral insights to enhance the livability, value perception, and differentiation of the product. • Lead initiatives that embed “outside-in” thinking—putting the customer at the center of product decisions. • Validate assumptions through customer feedback loops and in-market testing. Stakeholder Management & Execution • Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Design, Project Development) and external partners (agencies, consultants) to ensure alignment in execution. • Communicate and align the product direction clearly and consistently across departments. • Monitor project timelines and ensure key deliverables are met within scope and budget. Market & Competitor Intelligence • Conduct regular reviews of market trends, competitor positioning, and product innovations to inform product strategy. • Recommend pricing strategies and product differentiation approaches based on data and insights.
3. Requirements Experience • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in product development, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or customer-centric industries. • Experience in real estate is not required but is a plus. Willingness to adapt and learn the property sector is essential. • Proven track record in launching customer-focused products from concept to market. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Design, or related fields. MBA is a plus. Skills & Attributes • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability. • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Deep customer empathy and passion for design innovation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in product tools (e.g., journey mapping, market research synthesis, product roadmap tools).
