Job Overview And Responsibility

- Provide technological process solutions for new product projects. - Ensure 5 goals: 1. Minimize quality error. 2. Minimize cost. 3. Maximize performance. 4. Make sure Shellife products until the end of the expiry date. 5. Extend the life of the device. - For all technological processes, production processes. - Responsible for the transfer supervision and transferred production activities conducted by the RD department and project of the FMCG industry. - Confirm all technological processes for the whole FMCG industry. - Synchronize technological processes to factories in FMCG industry - Develop existing technological processes, research to catch new technologies and implement the FMCG industry. - Building technology platform technology, technology database for the whole FMCG industry.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least graduated from university majoring in food technology, biotechnology, organic chemistry, food science and technology or related specialties. • At least 7 years of experience working in the field of technology, RD as a senior head or more or the role of a manager with a scope of management of 2 or more factories. • At least 2 achievements to improve technological processes, build new technological processes or topics to reduce costs/improve production process efficiency. • Financially in the training of inheritance personnel.
