1. Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. - Lead branding, positioning, and campaign planning across digital, print, and in-person channels. - Ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of our oncology testing portfolio. 2. Product Marketing & Launches - Own the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products: Spot-MAS, ECD, and MRD. - Craft clear, compelling product messaging and educational materials tailored to target audiences. - Plan and coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and awareness initiatives. 3. Engagement with Doctors & HCPs - Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals. - Organize medical seminars, workshops, and scientific events to enhance product understanding and adoption. - Provide marketing tools and educational content to support their engagement with patients. 4. Digital & Content Marketing - Oversee website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing content (articles, videos, brochures, etc.). - Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights. 5. Market Research & Competitor Intelligence - Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor movements. - Use insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities. 6. Budget Management & ROI Tracking - Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI. - Track KPIs and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and business impact. 7. Internal & External Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and external agencies. - Ensure alignment of marketing activities with broader company goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Medicine (an MBA is a plus). - Medical or Pharmaceutical background (e.g., M.D., B.Pharm, or equivalent) is preferred. - Experience in oncology-related products or cancer screening is a strong advantage. - At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences. - Proven track record in executing successful product campaigns and HCP engagement initiatives. - Solid knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels. - Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms. - Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and field activities as needed.
