NextLayer Technologies seeks a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its next wave of innovation in AI, decentralized platforms, blockchain solutions, and digital infrastructure. You will spearhead all technology initiatives, build scalable systems, and lead a talented engineering team that’s driving disruptive change in fintech, e-commerce, and AI applications. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership Proficiency in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, AngularJS or Ember.js Solid experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments Strong background in microservices architecture, Docker, API design (REST, WebSocket) Database experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis Proven ability to scale engineering teams and mentor technical talent Fluent English communication skills.
