Job Overview And Responsibility
- Serve as digital sales champion, lead the organization’s digital initiatives to enhance Salesforce effectiveness and optimize sales force efficiency. - Drive change management by overseeing data and business process management, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective change strategies. - Foster strong co-partnerships with the ICT department to ensure well-architected systems, seamless integration, and full compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 year working experience in DMS; minimum 1 year as a manager role with team leading. - Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, and change management, with a focus on Salesforce - People management: Lead, coach, develop and appraise subordinates - Required skills: Excellent leadership, business acumen, effectively communication, negotiation/problem solving, analysis skills and stakeholder management skills. - Other skills: Project management, presentation - Proficient in both Vietnamese & English communication skills - Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
