About the Role Genki House is a premium elderly care center in District 7, currently in a growth and restructuring phase. This role sits at the intersection of operations, sales, and people leadership — you will work directly with the CEO to stabilize the center and build a scalable, commercially strong operation. The right person is a proven manager who knows how to drive revenue, earn trust from a diverse team, and deliver a premium experience to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities - Own the center's P&L: revenue targets, cost control, and operational efficiency - Design and execute the sales strategy — from inquiry conversion to retention and upsell - Set, track, and manage KPIs for the team; run regular performance reviews and coaching - Serve as the primary relationship manager for residents' families — handling concerns with professionalism and genuine care - Implement and refine SOPs across all service touchpoints, from intake to daily care delivery - Work closely with the CEO on restructuring priorities and medium-term growth plans - Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing non-medical operations team
- 3–5 years in a center, branch, or operations management role with direct P&L ownership - Demonstrated track record in hitting sales targets and leading a sales or service team - Strong people management skills: proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain staff across different personality types - High emotional intelligence — comfortable navigating sensitive conversations with families or residents - Comfortable working in an ambiguous, restructuring environment with direct CEO exposure
