- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with clients who have advertising and branding needs. - Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and campaign performance. - Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective advertising solutions. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to propose strategic business solutions. - Prepare business reports and participate in developing market expansion plans.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development (B2B), or media/advertising. - Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue achievement. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Strong business mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
