Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead, manage and supervise a team of sales team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. ↳ 统筹、管理、带领销售团队团队，保障日常运营工作高效、有序落地； - Assist to formulate annual/quarterly/monthly operation plans and execution mechanisms for the B2C student accommodation business, based on market demand, student needs and local regulations in target markets (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.). ↳ 结合目标市场（英国、澳洲、加拿大等）市场需求、学生诉求及当地政策法规，协助制定B2C 留学生公寓业务年/ 季/ 月度运营方案与落地执行机制； - Monitor competitor dynamics, pricing, service standards and channel performance, and provide insights to optimize business competitiveness. ↳ 持续监控竞品动态、定价体系、服务标准及各渠道运营表现，输出优化建议，提升公司整体业务竞争力； - Oversee the full booking cycle for students (inquiry, follow-up, booking completion, after-sales), ensure high conversion and service quality. ↳ 把控销售全流程，学生预订全流程（咨询跟进、下单成交、售后保障），保障高转化水平与标准化服务质量； - Maintain strong relationships with students to support a smooth sales cycle and stable conversion rate. ↳ 维护良好学生客群关系，保障销售链路顺畅，稳定业务转化效率； - Ensure all booking-related tasks and workflows are completed in a timely and standardized manner. ↳ 推动所有预订相关工作流程按时、标准化完成； - Lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual business growth targets. ↳ 带领团队达成季度、年度业务增长指标。
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin ↳ 流利的英语听说读写能力； - Good time management and planning and execution skills ↳ 优秀的时间管理、规划统筹与落地执行能力； - Proven ability to manage a sales team of 10+ members, including team building, performance management, and coordination to drive team goals. ↳ 具备10 人及以上网络销售团队完整管理经验，擅长团队搭建、绩效管控，统筹团队完成业绩目标； - Proficiency in CRM or other operation systems ↳ 熟练操作CRM 客户管理系统及各类运营工具。 - Bachelor’s degree or above. ↳ 本科及以上学历； - Experience – minimum 5+ years relevant experience in overseas student business ↳ 5 年及以上相关行业运营工作经验；

Preferred skills and experiences
