Job Overview And Responsibility
1) Role Summary / Tóm tắt vai trò - Mission: Lead end-to-end industrial projects integrating Solar PV and Energy Efficiency from FEED/Basic/Detailed to EPC, commissioning, and handover—on time, on budget, safely, with guaranteed energy outcomes. - Nhiệm vụ: Quản lý trọn vòng đời dự án MEP tích hợp Solar Rooftop/On-ground và Energy Efficiency (EE) từ FEED/BEP đến EPC, T&C và bàn giao vận hành; đảm bảo an toàn, tiến độ, chất lượng, chi phí và hiệu quả năng lượng/ROI. 2) Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính - Project Management / Quản lý dự án • Develop PMP: scope, WBS, schedule (Gantt), budget, risk matrix, QS/BOQ, quality & HSE plans. • Lập PMP: phạm vi, WBS, tiến độ, ngân sách, ma trận rủi ro, QS/BOQ, chất lượng & HSE. • Coordinate FEED/Basic/Detailed design, shopdrawing, IFC, RFI, change order. • Điều phối thiết kế (FEED/Basic/Detailed), shopdrawing, IFC, RFI, change order. - Solar PV • Site survey; PVSyst/Helioscope yield, roof structural checks; DC/AC design, inverter/combiner, protection, SCADA/metering. • Khảo sát – PVSyst/Helioscope; đánh giá kết cấu mái; thiết kế DC/AC, inverter/combiner, bảo vệ, SCADA/metering. • EVN interconnection: technical dossiers, testing, metering, acceptance & COD where applicable. • Đấu nối/đăng kiểm với EVN: hồ sơ kỹ thuật, thí nghiệm, đo đếm, nghiệm thu. - Energy Efficiency (EE) • Plant energy audit: compressed air, HVAC, chiller/boiler/steam, pumps/fans, ovens, lighting. • Khảo sát năng lượng nhà máy (khí nén, HVAC, chiller/boiler/steam, bơm/quạt, lò sấy, chiếu sáng). • Define ECMs: VSD, heat recovery, condensate return, heat pump, high-bay LED, leakage management; compute CAPEX–OPEX–ROI/NPV. • Xây dựng ECMs: VSD, thu hồi nhiệt, hồi nước ngưng, heat pump, LED, quản trị rò rỉ; tính CAPEX–OPEX–ROI/NPV. - Construction, QA/QC & Commissioning / Thi công & QA/QC & Vận hành thử • Method statement, ITP, FAT/SAT, T&C; as-built, O&M; subcontractor & material management. • Biện pháp thi công, ITP, FAT/SAT, T&C; as-built, O&M; quản lý thầu phụ/vật tư. - Finance & Contracts / Tài chính & hợp đồng • Cost control, progress payment; manage FIDIC/standard terms; change & claims. • Kiểm soát chi phí, thanh toán theo khối lượng; điều kiện hợp đồng; thay đổi & claim. - HSE & Compliance • Compliance with QCVN/TCVN, IEC, NFPA 70E (electrical), fire code; work-at- height & DC/AC safety for PV. • Tuân thủ QCVN/TCVN, IEC, NFPA 70E, PCCC; an toàn làm việc trên cao và an toàn DC/AC cho PV. - Stakeholder & Reporting / Phối hợp & báo cáo • Coordinate with Client, Consultant, OEMs, EVN/power authority; weekly/monthly reporting & lessons learned. • Phối hợp CĐT, Tư vấn, Nhà cung cấp, điện lực; báo cáo tuần/tháng; rút kinh nghiệm.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor in Electrical/Mechatronics/MEP or equivalent / Tốt nghiệp Điện/ĐKT/MEP hoặc tương đương. - ≥7 years in MEP; ≥3 years leading Solar/EE projects / ≥7 năm MEP; ≥3 năm quản lý dự án Solar/EE. - PV: PVSyst/Helioscope; DC/AC design, lightning/earthing, protection, EVN interconnection, SCADA/metering. - EE: Energy audit & baseline; ECMs (VSD, HVAC optimization, steam/boiler/chiller, compressed air leak mgmt, heat recovery); ROI/NPV modeling. - PM skills: planning & controls, contracts/quantities, subcontractor management, coordination meetings, reporting. - Standards: QCVN/TCVN, IEC; NFPA 70E awareness; legal dossiers relevant to PV/EE. - Tools: MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, advanced Excel; PVSyst; (plus) basic ETAP/DIgSILENT. - Language / Ngôn ngữ • English proficiency (CEFR), preferably C1; able to chair technical meetings, negotiate technical/commercial terms, and present ROI/NPV in English. • Tiếng Anh (ưu tiên C1): chủ trì họp kỹ thuật, đàm phán điều khoản kỹ thuật/thương mại, trình bày ROI/NPV bằng tiếng Anh. • Vietnamese: strong technical writing for reports, RFI, minutes.
