Job Overview And Responsibility

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support engagements in a techno-functional capacity. ✓ Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications. ✓ Configure SAP FICO modules including: • FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting. • CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA. ✓ Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and review custom developments (RICEFW – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). ✓ Able to perform ABAP programming as required ✓ Able to perform Bluefield Data Migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ABAP code retrofit ✓ Able to handle complete ETL process of Migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA ✓ Proficient with S/4HANA Data Migration tools ✓ Develop Technical and functional specifications and participate in code review and unit testing of developments. ✓ Handle integration with other modules like MM, SD, PS, and HR. ✓ Support financial close processes and business-critical financial operations. ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, enhancements, and system performance issues. ✓ Conduct training, prepare documentation, and support change management activities. ✓ Ensure solution compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

✓ Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (MBA/CA/ICWA is a plus). ✓ 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in a techno- functional role. ✓ Strong Techno-Functional configuration experience in SAP FI and CO sub-modules. ✓ Proficiency in writing functional specifications, understanding ABAP code, and coordinating with technical teams. ✓ Excellent knowledge of FICO integration with other SAP modules. ✓ Experience in data migration tools (LTMOM, BAPIs, BDC), user exits, and BADI implementations. ✓ Good understanding of Financial Statements, Controlling logic, and Reporting. ✓ Strong communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred skills and experiences

✓ Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA). ✓ Exposure to Fiori apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics. ✓ SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Financial Accounting. ✓ Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager (ChaRM), and JIRA. ✓ Knowledge of tax engines, electronic invoicing, and local compliance (GST, VAT, etc.). ✓ AI Capabilities to optimize the Document creation and other areas where possible. ✓ Good to have Data Migration tool BODS experience
