Customer Care Negotiation Client Relations
- Be responsible for the financial growth of the category assignments and pursue new strategies and tactics that can help achieve the goals - Seek, negotiate, and close licensing deals with music users such as broadcast networks, online platforms, and commercial establishments such as retail shops, malls, restaurants/bars, clinics/spas, for the public performance and communication to the public of original sound recordings (OSRs) under the MLC's catalogue - Ensure that all new licensing prospects are pursued, and renewals are concluded in a timely manner - Accomplish all required activities of the licensing process in a timely manner including preparation of correspondence and documents; client meetings and negotiations; and necessary coordination with the Specialist Director and other departments within the MLC - Ensure that licenses are assessed accurately based on existing rate schedules, licensing activities are tracked and recorded, and status reports are regularly updated - Maintain good business relationships with licensees - Observe good work ethics and abide by company rules and policies - Assist with special projects as needed and perform such other duties as may be assigned
- Diploma in Law, Marketing, Business or Commerce - Has at least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing - Proficient in MS Office and Excel software - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese - Good negotiator and has an outgoing personality, exudes confidence and positive attitude - Effective in both written and oral communication - Resourceful and analytical with good time-management skills - Self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Must have natural passion for music
