1. Recruitment (60-80%): - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions in Vietnam. - Support the recruitment process in the US market. Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and the recruitment consultant for US market. - Collaborate with the leadership team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. - Develop and post job descriptions on various channels to attract top talent. - Source active and passive candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks). - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Coordinate the interview and candidate communication process. - Draft and send job offer letters, and coordinate onboarding with the HR team. - Organize and participate in recruitment events. - Maintain candidate tracking data and update internal systems regularly. - Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image in the IT talent market. - Stay informed about new technologies and trends. - Propose improvements for recruitment and candidate evaluation processes. 2. HR and General Administration (20-40%) - Actively contribute to HR operations and initiatives across both Vietnam and the US, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Assist the Operations leadership team with key operational initiatives, providing support and coordination between the US and Vietnam. - Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team to create reports, manage CRM data, and coordinate events and activities. - Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the leadership team in achieving their objectives.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred) or in a related field. - Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and peers in the US (IELTS 6.5+). - Ability to understand and explain job requirements for various IT positions. - Solid sourcing skills using social networks, job sites, and direct channels. - Capable of identifying labor market trends in the IT industry. - Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset, taking initiative to stay updated with industry trends. - Enjoy working with young IT teams (Developers, QCs) and students. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills. - Experience in project tracking, minute-taking, and documentation. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms. - Strong time management skills; able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
