Negotiation Account Management Digital Marketing
1. Account Management & Campaign Delivery: - Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the main contact and trusted advisor. - Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards. - Support in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, PR, Event) to ensure seamless execution and consistent strategic alignment. - Develop and present IMC proposals tailored to client needs. - Ensure client satisfaction through proactive consultation and results-driven delivery. - Manage project budgets and ensure profitability across assigned accounts (P&L responsibility at account level). - Provide accurate project financial reports and support forecasting at team level. 2. Key Deliverables: - Ensure the successful execution of all communication materials in line with client requirements on quality and timeline, including but not limited to: Social media posts, KOL / Influencer content & materials, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), Technical documents & marketing collaterals, Key Visuals (Shooting & Non-Shooting), Video production (TV, digital, short-form, long-form). 3. Strategic & Creative Contribution - Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to ensure client objectives are clearly translated into effective IMC campaigns. - Bridge client insights with internal teams, ensuring campaigns balance creativity with data-driven results. - Safeguard consistency of brand messaging across all communication platforms. 4. Performance & Process Management: - Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet agreed KPIs. - Support the improvement of internal processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency. - Identify potential project risks and provide timely solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or IMC, with at least 1,5 years in a supervisory role. - Proven experience managing multi-channel IMC campaigns (PR, influencer marketing, digital, etc.). - Strong project management, client service, and financial management skills. - Ability to manage account-level profitability and support overall revenue growth. - Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing/communication plans. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members. - Good understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and digital transformation.
