Job Overview And Responsibility

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in Javascript/React to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture, lead feature development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities - Participate in product development, working with product managers and designers to define software solutions that will satisfy customers’ needs - Responsible for estimating, planning, and implementing chosen solutions - Ensuring and improving the quality and performance of the product by implementing tests, following best design practices and coding standards

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of experience developing web applications with React - Fluent English (work directly with US team) - Deep knowledge of good React and JavaScript best practices - Understand use of SWR and react-query over redux or useReducer - Solid understanding and correct level of tree-shaking and code-splitting - Knows how to apply type checking effectively (PropTypes or Typescript checking) - Knows DOM virtualization techniques for large list rendering - Understand lazy loading concepts and how to apply skeleton state effectively - Understand build time vs run time dependencies in bundlers (webpack, vite or others) to achieve better build times and local dev experience - Work with designer to offer better UX/less engineering intensive solutions - CSS expert - Understand the need for integration tests, e2e visual regression tests, unit tests and the cost of each testing method - Able to drive change to improve on CI/CD flow and work cross squad to optimize CI/CD build
