1. Social Media Planning - Utilize social data to develop creative and innovative strategies, ensuring client campaigns reach their intended audience effectively within budget constraints. - Prepare professional proposals encompassing strategy development through to execution. - Stay abreast of trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to enhance planning capabilities. - Analyze post-campaign data to refine future strategies. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans aligned with key performance indicators. 2. Social Media Management - Manage and maintain a brand presence on social media, ensuring active engagement through comments, direct messaging, and interactive activities like contests and mini-games. - Promote brand content consistently across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, and other forums. - Coordinate with a range of influencers and social outreach channels for campaign execution, from scouting and quoting to content planning and performance tracking. - Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to gather feedback and make timely revisions. - Compile data necessary for creating detailed proposals and reports. - Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently to meet agreed-upon KPIs and budgetary guidelines. - Supervise and manage junior team members throughout project execution. - Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. - Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain composure under pressure. - Excellent project management capabilities, including quotation preparation, timeline tracking, and reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. - Skilled in presentation delivery and critical thinking. - Proficient in the use of social media platforms and social management tools. - Well-versed in the dynamics of working with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, and the community from conceptualization through to execution. - Keen follower of trends with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations. - Patient, dedicated, and passionate about social media management. - Supportive, responsible, and capable of independent work. - Focused on solutions with a strong orientation towards client service.
