Sales Finance Communications Real Estate
- Manage all post-sales activities in collaboration with the Sales Management Department. - Draft, archive, and manage contracts: brokerage, service agreements, purchase/sale agreements, loan contracts, etc. - Update and verify customer information using internal systems/software. - Monitor payment schedules, issue payment notices/invoices, and coordinate with Finance on receivables. - Support marketing and sales events by preparing materials, archiving files, and arranging meetings. - Serve as a communication bridge between Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or Law. - At least 3 years of experience in sales admin or post-sales roles (preferably in Real Estate, Finance, or Commerce). - Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Excellent English communication and reading skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
