Job Overview And Responsibility
- Define end-to-end architecture in particular for Healthcare Management System, leveraging .NET, MSSQL Server, Web framework e.g REACT - Ensure the architecture support security, scalability, performance and compliance with healthcare standard - Design and implement microservices and API-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka, Presto, and Iceberg. - Develop integration strategies leveraging HL7 interface engines such as Iguana, Rhapsody, and Mirth Connect to enable seamless interoperability. - Optimize messaging queues (MQ) and service buses (SB) to ensure scalability and high-performance communication between systems. - Implement FHIR-to-OMOP (Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership) data mapping within healthcare platforms to support analytics and regulatory requirements. - Define data governance and security policies in collaboration with enterprise architects to maintain compliance and protect sensitive healthcare information. - Evaluate and recommend monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana for real-time performance tracking. - Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate cloud infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Integrate with legacy clinical and financial systems, including local hospital systems such as PACS, on-prem hospital financial systems, third party system and modules, and shared or cloud-based infrastructure. - Facilitate data management and processing across local data centers while ensuring the control plane resides in public cloud environments. - Develop and optimize API and middleware solutions to bridge interoperability gaps between disparate systems and ensure seamless communication.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in application architecture, software development, and cloud solutions. - Proven experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using .NET Core, C#, and modern web & app framework (Angular, Reacy.js). - Expertise in Microservices technology, frameworks, and development tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Node.js). - Experience with HPE Ezmeral, Apache Kafka, and Apache Spark for big data processing and real-time analytics. - Deep knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and OMOP CDM standards for healthcare application interoperability. - Familiarity with event-driven architecture and API gateways for efficient communication between services. - Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, performance testing tools, and cloud observability solutions. - Hands-on experience with Service Mesh, API Management, Service Bus (on-prem / cloud). - Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on system design, scalability, and reliability.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Certification in cloud platforms such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect. - Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for cloud-native deployments. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Experience in designing highly available and fault-tolerant application architectures. - Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles to integrate security into development workflows.
