Job Overview And Responsibility
The SEO Content Writer (HCMC) sits within the PR Department and creates compelling, search-optimised written content for all KNI group clients. Placing this role in PR ensures all written output — especially for ACVN — reflects the strategic, editorial, and reputational standards of the PR function. Key Responsibilities • Write high-quality, SEO-optimised content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, and campaign materials for all KNI group clients • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across all written content • Develop content in both Vietnamese and English as required by each client • Work closely with the Head of PR, the Newsfirm & Media Relations Specialist, and the Marketing team • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on content distribution and performance tracking • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, timely output across platforms •Research topics relevant to KNI group sectors — education, elderly care, and investment — and produce accurate, authoritative content • Support long-form content projects including prospectuses, annual reports, and thought leadership pieces • Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand voice, PR messaging, and editorial standards • Any work required within the relevant field is required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • SEO ranking improvements for KNI group client websites • Content output volume and quality — reviewed by Head of PR • Organic website traffic growth • Content calendar adherence • Alignment of all content with PR messaging and brand voice
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years' content writing and SEO experience • Background from Marketing agencies or Consulting • Excellent written Vietnamese; strong written English • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent) • Strong research skills and ability to write across multiple sectors and tones • Portfolio of published content
