- Strategic Brand Stewardship : Lead the creation and execution of a fully integrated marketing communications plan aligned with Park Hyatt’s luxury positioning and global strategy, driving visibility and prestige for the hotel. - Luxury Content & Digital Presence : Curate high-standard content for digital platforms, social media, hotel website and press, ensuring all materials reflect Park Hyatt’s elegance and tone of voice. Oversee photoshoots, influencer partnerships, and digital storytelling to enhance brand desirability. - Commercial & Cultural Impact : Drive revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships, cross-functional campaigns, and targeted marketing initiatives — while equally elevating internal storytelling that celebrates the hotel’s culture, colleague engagement, and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship. - Champion communication efforts that showcase both the guest-facing and back-of-house excellence as integral to the overall Park Hyatt experience. - Media & Public Relations : Cultivate strong media relations locally and internationally. Manage press releases, reputation management, and PR activations to maintain the hotel's image as a luxury hospitality icon. - Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration : Lead, coach and inspire a team of Marcom professionals. Foster collaboration with Operations department and Executive Committee to ensure consistency, synergy and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations within a luxury hospitality or 5-star hotel setting, preferably in a similar managerial capacity. - Strong command of English in both written and verbal communication. - Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, brand communication, and media relations. - Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. - Creative mindset with strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage cross-functional campaigns.
