Job Overview And Responsibility
- Plan and execute paid advertising channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify Appstore Ads, etc.) to drive growth and revenue. - Measure and report the performance of paid and organic campaigns, assess against KPIs. - Manage paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve communication goals, acquire, convert, and retain users. - Brainstorm with the brand team on ad text, email copy, landing page text, social posts, creatives, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Analyze segmentation based on customer behavior and interaction using CRM/CDP tools to create relevant and impactful messaging. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Research and implement existing and new user acquisition and retention methods to drive user and revenue growth. - Identify trends and audience insights; optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience: 3–5 years in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing in SaaS, mobile apps, or e-Commerce. Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising, attribution models, and SaaS/e-Commerce growth funnels. Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, attribution/tracking tools. Skills: - Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into strategy. - Strong written & verbal English communication for global context. - Ability to work cross-functionally with product, content, and tech teams. Mindset: Growth-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable with fast-paced experimentation.
