Content Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences in global markets. - Optimize messaging for each audience segment to maximize engagement and conversions. - Use analytics to track content performance and recommend data-driven improvements. Content Creation & Optimization: - Produce long-form content (blogs, website articles, thought leadership) to build brand credibility and SEO traffic. - Develop and manage long-term content for the company’s LinkedIn channel, building brand authority and engagement with target audiences. - Create ad copy and campaign content for paid ads, PR, and partnerships, ensuring consistency with brand voice. - Apply SEO best practices to all content. - Repurpose and adapt core content into different formats, including email sequences when part of larger campaigns. Campaign & Channel Support: - Collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, SEO, and Partnerships teams to ensure content supports product launches, demand generation, and user engagement. - Contribute content to integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment from main message to final CTA. Team Contribution & Mentorship: - Provide guidance and feedback to junior content team members. - Share best practices and stay up to date with content trends and AI-powered content creation tools.
- At Least 4 years in Content Marketing or related roles, ideally in e-commerce or tech/SaaS. - Proven experience creating content for products or services in global markets. - Strong writing and storytelling skills, adaptable across formats: ads, blogs, PR, LinkedIn posts, and campaign assets. - Understanding of SEO principles and content analytics. - Experience with LinkedIn content strategy and audience engagement. - Experience using AI tools for content creation/optimization is a plus. - Ability to translate technical topics into clear, engaging narratives. - Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
