Job Overview And Responsibility
- Assist with application evaluation and product positioning of our products (hand-feel agents / leather waterproofing agents / finishing auxiliaries / washing auxiliaries) in leather wet-end processing and leather finishing. ↳ 协助我司产品（手感剂/皮革防水剂/涂饰助剂/水洗助剂）在皮革湿端、皮革涂饰剂中的应用评估和 产品定位。 - Share and provide training on leather and auxiliaries industry chain knowledge; during technical/business discussions with our team, share insights on silicone products and high-value-added products that may be relevant. ↳ 皮革及助剂产业链知识的分享培训，与我方技术业务讨论过程中可以用到的有机硅产品，和高附加 值产品。 - Share market information on Italy and Europe; share trends in customer and market demand for hand-feel. ↳ 意大利及欧洲等市场信息分享，分享客户、市场手感需求趋势。
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of work experience; must be an R&D, process engineer, or quality control staff member from a well-known leather auxiliary chemical manufacturer in Italy, familiar with the process. ↳ 3年及以上工作经历，要求是意大利皮革助剂化学品公司知名制造商的研发、工艺工程师或者品控人 员，熟悉工艺。 - Understanding of raw materials used in leather processing and leather finishing, especially application evaluation of hand-feel agents / leveling agents / waterproofing agents or other auxiliaries. ↳ 了解皮革处理、皮革涂饰过程中所使用原料，尤其是手感剂/流平剂/防水剂或其他助剂的应用评估。 - Fluent in English
