Project Management
Brand & Portfolio Management: - Support development and execution of brand calendar (Product launching, seasonal campaigns, Tet). - Adapt brand assets into cross-channel toolkits (packaging, trade visibility, digital content). - Build and roll out product selling story, content angles and training across markets and execution (domestic + export). Sales & Trade Marketing: - Work with sales team to deliver trade visibility, display, promotions, activations, and training. - Track sell-in and incremental sales impact by channel, format, pack size, and geo. - Manage trade ROI tracking and optimize promotional activities. Media, Digital & IMC: - Drive media planning, content and optimization: TA targeting, platform behaviour, O2O conversion, D2C performance. - Collaborate with agencies on media and creative strategy. - Ensure content adaptation for livestreams, online promotions, and social campaigns. Consumer & Market Insights: - Map target audience, need-states, and occasions. - Track market share and competitor activities. - Provide actionable insights to sharpen communication and innovation plans Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Manage marketing dashboard: Offline & online sales conversion, ROI, traffic. - Support budget allocation and monthly KPI tracking. - Present campaign performance, learning, and recommendations.
- Education: Graduated from University majoring in Marketing. - Experience: 3 - 4 years of working experience in brand management, trade marketing, or FMCG marketing. - Work related skills: Strong analytical ability, project management skills, and the capacity to translate strategy into execution across online, trade, and media. - Soft skills: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Language: Proficiency in English.
