チームについて 当社の共同創業者は、NRI、キーエンス、LINE、マイクロソフト、PwCなど、日本および世界のトップ企業出身です。彼らは2023年に「FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST」に選出されました。エンジニアリング＆プロダクトチームには、Google、Microsoft、Indeedなど世界的なテック企業出身のメンバーや、Mercari、LINE、Yahoo、Smartnewsなど日本の著名なテック企業出身のメンバーが集まっており、16カ国以上からの多様な人材が揃っています。 業務内容 本ポジションでは、Quality Strategy Management マネージャーとして、プロダクト品質保証の戦略策定および推進をリードし、QAプロセスの最適化、チームのマネジメント、PdMやビジネス職との連携を通じて、より高品質なプロダクト提供を目指します。 - 品質保証戦略およびロードマップの策定・実行 - QAチームのマネジメント、育成、評価 - PdMおよびビジネス職と連携し、品質向上施策の企画・推進 - 開発チームと協力し、QAプロセスの最適化・改善 - ビジネスリスクを考慮した品質戦略の策定と実行 - UXやユーザー体験向上のための品質改善施策の推進 - データ分析（SQL等）を活用した品質向上施策の提案・実施 - 経営陣とのディスカッションを通じた品質戦略の提言 *English ver. About the team Our co-founders are from top Japanese and global companies, including NRI, Keyence, LINE, Microsoft, and PwC. They were selected for the FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST in 2023. Our engineering and product team includes members from global tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Indeed, as well as well-known Japanese tech companies such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, and Smartnews, and we have a diverse talent pool from over 16 countries. In this position, as Quality Strategy Management Manager, you will lead the formulation and promotion of product quality assurance strategies, and aim to provide higher quality products by optimizing the QA process, managing the team, and collaborating with PdMs and business staff. - Formulating and implementing quality assurance strategies and roadmaps - Managing, developing and evaluating your QA team - Collaborate with PdM and business professionals to plan and promote quality improvement measures - Collaborate with development teams to optimize and improve QA processes - Formulating and implementing quality strategies that take business risks into account - Promoting quality improvement measures to improve UX and user experience - Propose and implement quality improvement measures using data analysis (SQL, etc.) - Proposal of quality strategy through discussion with management
Required Skills and Experience
必須スキル - マネジメント経験 3年以上 - ビジネス職もしくはPdM経験 3年以上 - QA経験 3年以上 - エンジニア経験 3年以上 - IT・Web系企業での勤務経験 - 高い問題解決能力 - ビジネスリスクを踏まえた品質保証戦略やロードマップの策定・推進経験 - ネイティブレベルの日本語能力 - ビジネスレベルの英語能力 - 経営陣と議論できる高いコミュニケーション能力とロジカルシンキング *English ver. - Management experience of 3 years or more - 3+ years of business or PdM experience - QA experience 3+ years - Engineer experience: 3+ years - Experience working in an IT/Web company - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in formulating and promoting quality assurance strategies and roadmaps based on business risks - Native level Japanese language ability - Business level English proficiency - High communication skills and logical thinking to be able to discuss with management
