Job Overview And Responsibility

● Lead the charge on all accounting operations—think financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance—with razor-sharp precision. ● Partner with our leadership team to shape financial strategies that fuel our ambitious growth in the fintech space. ● Oversee audits, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and keep our books tighter than a vault. ● Analyze data like a pro to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions and keep us ahead of the curve. ● Take part in thrilling, high-impact projects—leveraging advanced financial tech and innovative payment systems—where your expertise can truly shine ● Mentor a lean, agile accounting team and help us foster an environment of excellence. ● Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal reports, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. ● Perform tasks as assigned by Managers or BOD to support company objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

● At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant with a minimum of 2 subordinates ● Ideally holds a degree in Finance or Accounting from top institutions such as the Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Vietnam University of Commerce ● A numbers genius with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CFA/ACCA or equivalent is a big plus). ● 5+ years in accounting or finance, preferably in fintech, IT. ● Quick on your feet—someone who can juggle multiple priorities, spot patterns, and solve problems before they even arise. ● A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo and push boundaries. ● Able to use English effectively for work-related communication. ● Possessing a Chief Accountant certificate
