Finance / Accounting Accounting Payroll Tax Law
- Prepares and reviews payroll and expense payments for area of assignment. - Verifies compliance with various payroll tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions. - Serves as a resource to payroll tram and the general employee population related to payroll tax questions and issues. - Verifies employee financial information such as benefits, tax exemptions, and direct deposit information. - Assist with the reconciliation of monthly, quarterly payroll taxes and year-end earnings statements. - Coordinates preparation and distribution of payroll reports to corporate office. - Provides leadership and work guidance to employees and stakeholders.
Technical Requirements: - 4 or more years of payroll experience - Experience working with payroll and tax laws in Vietnam - Experience specific to Vietnam Payroll Soft skill Requirements: - Communication skills to interact with employees, co-workers and management - Good personal computer and business solutions software skills - Good interpersonal skills or communication with other departments and answering employee questions - Ability to work in a team environment and coach less experienced employees - Can effectively cope with change - Lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner - Can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty - Can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal, eliminates roadblocks and creates focus
