1. Micro Financing Operations: - Support the end-to-end operational execution of eB2B Micro Financing programs, from eligibility selection to registration process and outlets usage which includes tracking and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. - Monitor the operational excellence throughout the customers journey, consolidate holistic report from internal HVN and external partners, followed a set of aligned KPI metrics. - Collect market feedback about Micro financing and its solution from Salesforces, customers and partners and updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis with clear implications. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the micro-financing workflow, present potential risks with proposed action plan of mitigation to achieve project objectives. 2. eB2B Projects Execution (eB2B value propositions) - Conduct internal and external surveys to collect insights, pain points of key users that present opportunities of value creation. - Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various eB2B projects which solidify platform value propositions - Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential risks and issues and proposing mitigation strategies. - Prepare regular project status reports, performance analyses, and presentations for stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication channels within project teams and with external partners. - Support the development and implementation of new eB2B features and enhancements from ideation to market launch.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business/marketing/digital commerce - Excellent verbal and written communication skills of Vietnamese and English - A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work. - High energy, resilient, and committed to driving impact and improvement. - Open-minded, learning agility and high adaptability to fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills, proficient using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, design platforms (Canva) and other digital tools
