Job Overview And Responsibility

Our Portfolio of Distribution Services OUR CORE SERVICES: Development Services (Outsource & Offshore), In-House Development (Apps, Games, Anime, Arts, Design, Big Data/Analytics, IoT, VR, AI) OUR DISTRIBUTION SERVICES: Beyond our core strengths, we also serve as a distribution and service partner in Vietnam for multiple international companies. We are now expanding our sales force in Vietnam to strengthen enterprise partnerships and grow our portfolio of products & services. As GIANTY’s Business Development Lead, you will champion our Japanese-rooted branding and edutainment solutions in Vietnam. You will engage enterprise clients, shape long-term partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver gamified brand experiences that help companies connect with families, kids, and young audiences. What you are going to do 1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition - Lead the go-to-market efforts for our edutainment and branded game solutions in Vietnam. - Leverage your personal network to generate early traction and warm introductions. - Identify and win new enterprise accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, procurement teams, and agency partners. - Bring market insights, client behavior trends, and competitor intelligence to refine our sales approach and solution offerings. - Represent GIANTY at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen presence in the brand activation, marketing, and entertainment ecosystem. 2. Leadership - Act as a core member shaping sales processes, documentation, and enterprise engagement standards. - Opportunity to build and lead a BD team as demand grows, including defining hiring criteria, onboarding frameworks, and performance benchmarks. - Provide mentorship and guidance to future team members, ensuring consistent quality in client engagement and deal execution. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with Marketing to promote the solutions and support awareness-building activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal execution and project delivery. - Support clients during implementation and maintain long-term satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with the ability to travel for client meetings and events. - Minimum 5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, ideally in marketing agencies, media agencies, digital solutions, or experiential/brand activation fields. - Strong track record of acquiring and growing enterprise accounts. - Existing network with enterprise clients, brand/marketing owners, and senior decision-makers is a strong plus. - Solid understanding of procurement processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations. - Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Language skills: English or/and Japanese - High professionalism, integrity, and a consultative, solution-driven approach. - Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of complex sales engagements.
