Management Communications
- Support the development and briefing of annual brand plans and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and recognition for both NPD and current PMCE assortments. - Oversee the production and execution of marketing materials and assets – including Key Visuals, POSM and digital content – ensuring alignment with brand plans and brand guidelines. Monitor the adaptation of brand contents for digital platforms and collaborate with digital teams to optimize reach and engagement. - Monitor and regularly review marketing performance outcomes; propose necessary improvements to enhance goal attainment. Regularly conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform brand strategy and marketing plans. - Ensure brand and marketing activities are grounded in consumer and shopper insights. - Manage and track the marketing budget, including coordinating quotations and the PO process to ensure spending aligns with approved plans. - Collaborate across the wider Pharmacity Brand and Exclusive Team to effectively deliver departmental and individual KPIs - Monitor the development of training materials and coordinate the overall Training Plan for the PMCE team – what is trained, when, and how – based on brand plan priorities. - Develop and execute internal engagement plans and content for retail sales tool kits to ensure high levels of engagement from the pharmacists. - Support with special projects or initiatives, such as Market Review, Consumer Research, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Marketing, Commercial, Business Management - Highly proficient at English - 2.5 years+ in a retail or FMCG product brands organization in a field relating to product development, brand or product marketing. Experience of healthcare, vitamins and nutrition, personal care categories is desirable, but not essential. - Ownership, Critical thinking, Creativity, Flexibility - Marketing and Digital knowledge - Project management skills: Collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Budget tracking skills and process management skills - Presentation and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced company; proactive and independent; flexible and agile; open-minded and adaptable to change
