Media Strategy & Planning: - Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and KPIs - Recommend optimal media channels, budgets, and targeting strategies across platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, DSP, etc.) - Ensure media strategies are data-driven and performance-focused Campaign Management: - Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting - Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI - Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platform representatives Team Leadership: - Manage, train, and mentor a team of media - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team meets deadlines and quality standards - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity Client Collaboration: - Act as the media lead in client meetings, presenting plans, reports, and strategic recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- At least 3 years of experience in media planning/buying, with proven digital advertising expertise - Strong knowledge of multiple digital platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, etc. - Experience in team management and leadership - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
