Growth Strategy Marketing Strategy
- Drive projects to grow buyer’s spend on Shopee, which includes identifying, driving, and managing growth initiatives - Understand different buyer segments and their needs/pain points to continually refine our hypothesis on how we can gain a greater share of buyer’s spending - Work across Shopee functions (e.g. Business Development, Operations) and SEA entities (e.g. Monee, Shopeefood, Garena) to realize common growth opportunities that create more value to our buyers - Work with peers across teams and present findings to senior leaders - Deploy strategy toolkit of structured problem-solving, analytics, and executive communications - Support CEO agenda by tackling strategic questions that emerge from management meetings (e.g. opportunity sizing)
- Highly self-driven and motivated - Comfort with ambiguity and eager to learn, natural curiosity - Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis - Independent thinker who’s also a solid team player - Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask - Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English) - 3-5 years of professional experience - Experience with SQL, Tableau or other data analysis tools
