- Plan, execute, and optimize User Acquisition campaigns across multiple paid ad platforms. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROI) and make data-driven decisions. - Set up, track, and manage campaign attribution and in-app event tracking via Appsflyer. - Analyze Appsflyer attribution reports and resolve tracking issues in collaboration with Product/Tech teams. - Conduct customer and market research to identify insights, improve targeting strategies, and refine messaging. - Work closely with Content, Design, and cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creatives and campaign assets. - Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and campaign reporting to ensure optimal performance and ROI. - Stay updated on UA trends, platform updates, and emerging acquisition channels.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Ads and User Acquisition. - Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Appier…). - Proficient in using Appsflyer or equivalent mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, Singular, Branch…). - Strong skills in campaign performance analysis, tracking setup, and troubleshooting. - Data-driven, proactive, and highly detail-oriented. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination abilities.
