Job Overview And Responsibility
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax reports (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT); handle e-invoices, tax payments, and support tax audits and planning. - Manage fixed assets monthly updates, depreciation, liquidation, and annual inventory. - Support monthly closing tasks including non-cash provisions, account listings, and reporting submissions. - Maintain and improve accounting processes; provide training to local teams when needed. - Oversee company banking activities, including e-banking, credit card transactions, and daily exchange rate updates. - Prepare statutory reports (investment, statistics) and support internal legal documentation. - Coordinate with auditors and perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing - Over 3 years of accounting experience, specializing in tax compliance and fixed asset management - In-depth knowledge of CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT; experienced in preparing tax reports and working with tax authorities - Strong understanding of depreciation methods, asset disposal, and fixed asset reconciliation - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills - Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
