Engage and Connect with Customers: - Greet visitors at the pop-up store and engage them in conversations about their cooking habits and kitchen needs. - Provide consultative support to customers both in-store and via social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Zalo OA), answering inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process. Sales Conversion, Lead Management, and Reporting: - Help customers fall in love with Thermomix and assist them through the purchasing process with a consultative approach. - Track and update leads and sales in the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Meet and exceed sales goals while building lasting relationships with customers who are excited to start their Thermomix journey. Participate in Events and Workshops: - Prepare and actively participate in workshops, product demonstrations, and cooking events to showcase the Thermomix TM6 in action and build connections with potential customers. Be a Brand Ambassador: - Represent the Thermomix brand with pride, embodying our values of innovation, quality, and customer care. - Promote a lifestyle centered around mindful eating, creativity in the kitchen, and a passion for home-cooked meals. Store Operations Support: - Ensure the pop-up store is always clean, inviting, and well-stocked. - Assist with product displays and store management to create an engaging environment for customers.
Education: - Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: - Experience in cooking—whether professionally, for fun, or at home—is required. You love food and want to share that passion with others. - Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is beneficial, but the most important thing is your enthusiasm for food/kitchen technology and helping others in their kitchen. Skills: - Ability to cook a variety of dishes and an interest in learning how to use the Thermomix to create diverse cuisines. - Excellent communication skills to engage customers and provide memorable cooking demonstrations. - A passion for selling through storytelling—your love of cooking is contagious! - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
