Job Overview And Responsibility
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. - Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Coordinate with onshore and offshore engineering teams to ensure smooth task execution. - Monitor sprint performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. - Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Guide Agile teams through all phases of the product lifecycle—from ideation to release and optimization. - Drive platform health improvements and cloud adoption strategies. - Ensure cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. - Monitor key product KPIs and use data to inform product decisions. - Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Proven experience in product ownership, particularly in technical or cloud-based domains. - Good Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices. - Demonstrated success in delivering cloud-based products using Agile methodologies. - Ability to articulate product vision and strategy using user stories, use cases, and process flows. - Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. - Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Strong leadership and team motivation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions. - Strong prioritization and decision-making capabilities. - Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and requirements.
