Analytical Marketing Strategy
- Strategic E-commerce Plan : Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across marketplaces, social commerce, and digital platforms. Identify growth opportunities through assortment optimization, key activity windows, and effective forecasting and inventory management. Oversee channel budgeting and P&L accountability - Drive e-Sales (Net sales, offtake) for all brands, maximizing net sales, offtake, and market share across key e-commerce platforms. Ensure strong contribution to the overall Consumer Health (CH) business through targeted initiatives for CH-related SKUs.. - Lead strategic partnerships with eCommerce enablers to ensure aligned direction, operational efficiency, and precise performance reporting. - Develop and nurture relationships with enablers and platform partners through Joint Business Planning (JBP) and quarterly reviews. - Co-create and implement monthly and annual commercial programs by brand and customer with enabler teams. - Oversee end-to-end execution of eCommerce campaigns and events, including asset design, promo schemes, landing page setup, UX/UI tracking, and post-event follow-up. - Ensure excellence in execution to drive growth across key metrics: traffic, conversion, add-to-cart rate, followers, orders, reviews, customer satisfaction, and shopper base expansion. - Engage external stakeholders to activate traffic-driving levers both onsite and offsite. - New Launch : Lead the process on e-commerce, coordinate with internal & external stakeholders. - Business Intelligence & Operations : Manage live dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to provide real-time insights for performance tracking and decision support - Handling administrations, PR PO, Contract and Payment process related to ecommerce Trade Marketing Scope: - Leads Pharmacy Chain , including direction, strategy, plan and execution operation with guidance & support from HoTM: - Identifies growth opportunities by Customer of Pharmacy Chain. - Develops and submits the annual plan of business plan and trade/shopper promotional activities by brand, period, and price for Pharmacy Chains in cooperation with the KA sales department and Marketing department - Develop JBP plan/Trading term and quarterly business review for win-win partnership, in collaboration with KA Sales & Marketing. - Manage, tracking, evaluate the trade spending in KA to be more effective and aligned with channel - Optimize in-store execution and present of Bayer CH brands to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size through best-in-class assortment, promotions, and merchandising at chain - Integrated MKT campaigns + new launches : - Takes full responsibility in listing process - Work closely with cross functions (internal team) and customers/sales (external) for supporting trade plan to ensure Excellence in Execution. - Follow up, take actions and do evaluation post projects by customer
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - 4–6 years of progressive experience in eCommerce and Trade Marketing within the FMCG or Consumer Health industry. - Hands-on experience managing pharmacy chains, modern trade, or digital platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki). - Proven track record of driving commercial growth through shopper marketing, JBP planning, and campaign execution. - Strong expertise in trade marketing strategies, promotion planning, and in-store execution. - Solid understanding of eCommerce performance levers, campaign management, and end-to-end product launch processes. - Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar for sales tracking and analytics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal stakeholders and external partners. - Strong stakeholder management abilities, working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies. - Demonstrates a high degree of agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving digital commerce environment. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
