Job Overview And Responsibility
- Architect complex deals in an asset-light / hybrid model for liquid bulk/ISO tank shipments. - Source chemical producers, oleochemical traders, base oils, solvents, pharmaceutical intermediates, and edible oils. - Find and contract ISO tank fleets (T11/T14/T20/T50, food-grade, chemical, gas, and lined tanks) from operators and lessors. - Organize the entire chain: loading at plant, licensed DG trucking, ocean freight, terminals/cleaning/heating, and discharge at receiver. - Manage gross margin growth for international flows between China and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines), India, South Korea, and Japan. - Control the turnaround cycle of high-value equipment to manage idle-cost and ensure margin stability. - Ensure safety and DG compliance, including UN numbers, hazard classes, safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS), and cleanliness certificates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3+ years of proven sales and execution of ISO tank shipments on international routes from/to China (SEA, India, NEA). - Deep knowledge of dangerous goods specifics (IMO/DG Classes 3, 6.1, 8, 9), non-hazardous chemicals, and Food Grade. - Understanding of cost structure: tank rental (per diem), ocean freight + DG surcharge, cleaning/cleanliness certificate (ECD), steam heating/heating, licensed DG trucking, drop-off, and demurrage/detention. - Track record of independent cold outreach to cargo owners and traders in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or agri sector. - Proven results in margin and volume figures. - Fluent Mandarin and fluent business English.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Experience with food-grade liquid bulk (Food-grade ISO Tanks) and specially lined tanks (PTFE/Rubber lining) for aggressive acids/electronic chemicals. - Knowledge of dangerous goods declaration procedures with PRC maritime authorities (Maritime DG Declaration/ 危包证) and customs regulations of ASEAN countries and India. - Russian language proficiency is a plus
