Key Responsibilities - Translate outcome-based product strategy into concrete initiatives, milestones, and delivery plans - Own prioritization across multiple workstreams: room-level systems, building-level systems, and platform capabilities - Partner with engineering leads to define scope, manage cross-layer dependencies (firmware, backend, cloud, frontend), and make tradeoffs when constraints arise - Ensure every major initiative has a clear success metric, an accountable owner, and an agreed stop/rollback condition - Surface execution risks early and maintain team focus as new requests and edge cases emerge - Track delivery against business outcomes, not feature volume - Keep the CEO and COO out of day-to-day execution bottlenecks by owning the clarity layer between strategy and engineering
- 12+ years of experience in a senior product or delivery role within complex systems (IoT, industrial software, infrastructure, energy, or hardware-adjacent SaaS) - Strong technical fluency: able to reason about tradeoffs across firmware, gateways, cloud services, and user-facing applications without writing code - Track record of making prioritization calls with incomplete information and defending them - Demonstrated ability to scope work, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ship predictably in multi-workstream environments - Comfortable working directly with engineering leadership to shape feasible solutions and realistic timelines - Consistent career trajectory with 2-3+ years per role in relevant positions
