Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead SAP CO processes: Oversee design, configuration, and implementation across full-cycle projects. - Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Configuration support: Configure and support the following CO sub-modules: - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Product Costing (Standard and Actual costing) - Material Ledger - Sales Order Costing - Project Stock Valuation - Variant Configuration - COPA (Costing-based and Account-based) - Integration: Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, and SD. - System testing and user training: Perform system testing, user training, and support go-live and post-go-live activities. - Process analysis: Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices and improvements. - Functional specifications: Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams. - Production support: Provide production support, resolve incidents, and manage change requests. - Financial closing activities: Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and support business users during financial periods. - Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance is a plus.) - Minimum 10 years of SAP CO experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations and good to have a Brownfield/Bluefield Migration experience. - Strong hands-on experience in configuration and support of key CO areas. - Excellent understanding of CO-FI, CO-MM, CO-PP, and CO-SD integrations. - Knowledge of Project Systems (PS) or Revenue Accounting (RA). - Experience with S/4HANA (preferred). Good understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost object controlling, Sales Order costing, Variant Configuration etc. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Experience with S/4HANA migration projects. - Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to Controlling. - Experience with tools like Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow for ticket handling. - SAP Certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance. AI Capabilities to optimize the Document creation and other areas where possible.
